Sheo Priya Trends started small, the way most good shops do. One counter, a narrow shelf, and a decision to only stock cloth we would be happy to put on our own family.
There was no grand plan behind it. There was a market that wanted honest fabric at an honest price, and not enough places offering both at once.
Every roll that comes in is opened and checked by hand before it reaches the floor. We look at the weave, wash behaviour, and how the colour holds. If a fabric will not survive a season of real use, it does not get shelf space.
That means we sometimes carry less than the shop next door. We would rather have a shorter rail you can trust than a long one you cannot.
We do not inflate a tag so we can advertise a discount off it. The price on the label is the price we think the garment is worth, and it stays that way whether you visit in a festival week or a quiet Tuesday.
When we do run an offer, it is a real one.
