Sheo Priya Trends began the way most good shops do — with a small counter, a short shelf, and a simple idea. Sell cloth you would be happy to put on your own family, and charge a price you can say out loud without flinching.

That idea has not changed. What has changed is the range. Where we once carried a handful of staples, we now stock six full categories under one roof, from newborn cotton through to wedding-day silk, along with the accessories and home linen that go with them.

We are still on Nawada Chowk. We still check the fabric by hand before it reaches the shelf. And we still recognise most of the people who walk through the door.
